C3 is a registered non-profit working for four decades on empowering women and girls. It reaches two million people annually across 12 states, focusing on youth education, gender, and maternal health.
Scope of Work
The selected agency will design, supply, install, and support one STEM lab per school, including:
Lab Design & Installation – Site visits, layout planning, delivery and installation within 10 weeks of PO
Equipment & Materials – Hands-on kits, DIY/tinkering kits, coding/robotics kits mapped to NCERT syllabus (Classes 6–12), manuals in Bengali & English
Curriculum & Sessions – One-year activity plan, project-based learning, annual science showcase
Teacher Training – Initial training plus refresher, teacher guides and remote support
Maintenance & Support – 1-year warranty, repairs within 7 working days
Handover – Asset list, user manuals, and maintenance guide
Eligibility Criteria
Registered organisation
3+ years experience setting up STEM/science/tinkering labs
Completed lab setups in at least 10 schools (preferably government/low-income schools)
Submission Requirements
Proposal must include:
Organisation profile & registration documents
Proposed lab design with photographs
Equipment list with specifications & warranty
Curriculum outline & teaching methodology
Teacher training plan & trainer profiles
Maintenance plan & implementation timeline
Budget estimate per school with cost breakdown
Two references and case studies
