About the Opportunity
RUBAL Foundation is seeking a committed and dynamic Project Coordinator / Field Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, centre management, field-team supervision, or community-based work.
As Project Coordinator/Field Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring field-level programmes, supervising field teams, managing centre operations, and building strong relationships with communities and stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring that RUBAL Foundation's initiatives create measurable impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination
Plan, implement, and monitor field-level programme activities in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop work plans, timelines, and budgets for programme implementation.
Ensure programme deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders for smooth programme execution.
Field Outreach & Community Engagement
Conduct field visits to communities, centres, and project locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local leaders, and beneficiaries.
Mobilize community participation and ensure active engagement in programme activities.
Organize community meetings, awareness sessions, and outreach events.
Centre Management
Oversee the daily operations of programme centres.
Ensure centres are well-managed, adequately resourced, and running efficiently.
Maintain records, registers, and documentation at the centre level.
Field Team Supervision
Supervise and mentor field staff, volunteers, and facilitators.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and capacity-building sessions.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
Data Collection & Reporting
Collect and maintain accurate data on programme activities and beneficiaries.
Prepare regular reports documenting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with government officials, schools, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
Represent RUBAL Foundation at relevant forums and events.
Build partnerships to strengthen programme reach and impact.
Key Requirements
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, centre management, field-team supervision, or community-based work.
Prior experience in the education, skill development, or development sector is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Development Studies, Education, Management, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to supervise and mentor field teams.
Experience in community mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and data management.
Location
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
