SVP India (Social Venture Partners India) is seeking an exceptional, visionary leader to serve as CEO for the Delhi NCR chapter. As CEO, you will be at the forefront of building a thriving ecosystem of engaged philanthropists, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers. You will lead chapter development, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of programmes that create lasting change in the community.

Social Venture Partners India (SVP India) is a global network of engaged philanthropists who invest their time, expertise, and resources to strengthen social impact organizations. SVP India partners with NGOs and social enterprises to build their capacity and scale their impact, creating a more equitable and sustainable future.
SVP India operates through chapters across major cities, bringing together Partners (donors) who engage deeply with the social sector and support grantee organizations through funding, mentoring, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Provide visionary leadership to the Delhi NCR chapter, aligning with SVP India's national mission and goals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the chapter's impact, membership, and influence.
Serve as the primary ambassador for SVP India in the Delhi NCR region.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build, nurture, and retain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), philanthropists, corporate partners, and social sector leaders.
Engage and manage a diverse network of Partners (donors), ensuring a meaningful and fulfilling philanthropic experience.
Represent SVP India at key external forums, events, and networking opportunities.
Chapter Development
Drive membership growth by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners.
Strengthen the chapter's brand presence and visibility in the Delhi NCR ecosystem.
Organize and lead events, roundtables, and learning sessions for Partners and stakeholders.
Programme & Project Management
Oversee the selection, onboarding, and monitoring of grantee NGOs and social enterprises.
Ensure effective implementation of SVP India's flagship programmes and initiatives.
Measure and report on the impact of the chapter's work.
Organizational Management
Manage the chapter's budget, resources, and operations efficiently.
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and governance requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience
15+ years of progressive professional experience in leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder/client management, chapter development, programme/project management, or organizational management.
Prior experience in the social sector, philanthropy, CSR, or a membership-based organization is highly preferred.
Experience working with HNIs, boards, or donor networks is a strong advantage.

Education

Location
Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
