Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) is seeking two experienced and dynamic leaders to join our team as Deputy Project Heads in Mumbai. These are senior leadership roles for professionals with 10–14 years of experience in the education, development, or social impact sector.
We are hiring for two distinct positions:
Deputy Project Head – School Education Programme
Deputy Project Head – KSHAMATA for TRTI STEM

🔹 Role 1: Deputy Project Head – School Education Programme
Focus Areas: School education, learning outcomes, teacher training, school partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and scale-up of the School Education Programme.
Oversee programme strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple schools and locations.
Manage a large team of programme managers, field staff, and trainers.
Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, government officials, and partners.
Ensure monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of programme outcomes.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in programme delivery.
Key Requirements
10–14 years of experience in education, development, or social sector programme management.
Proven experience in leading large-scale education interventions.
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Role 2: Deputy Project Head – KSHAMATA for TRTI STEM
Focus Areas: STEM education, tribal development, TRTI partnership, KSHAMATA programme
Key Responsibilities
Lead the KSHAMATA programme in partnership with TRTI (Tribal Research and Training Institute).
Design and implement STEM education interventions for tribal and underserved communities.
Manage programme operations, budgets, and reporting in alignment with TRTI requirements.
Build capacity of teachers, trainers, and community stakeholders in STEM education.
Coordinate with government agencies, educational institutions, and implementation partners.
Monitor programme impact and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Key Requirements
10–14 years of experience in education, STEM, tribal development, or programme management.
Experience working with government partnerships and large-scale programmes.
Strong understanding of STEM education and teacher capacity building.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
