About Melton Foundation
Established nearly 30 years ago, the Foundation promotes Global Citizenship education worldwide. Its network includes 750+ Melton Fellows across 40+ countries, with operations in Chile, China, Germany, Ghana, India, and the USA.
About the Programme
GSA is not a typical accelerator focused on scaling or performance. It is a deep-work, peer-learning space for practitioners navigating real tensions in their work. Participants bring unresolved questions and challenges into a community where learning is co-created through honest conversation, feedback, experimentation, and mutual support.
The programme builds impact at three levels:
For the person – grow how you lead and share leadership
For the project – sharpen and strengthen your existing work
Across communities – local solutions cross-pollinate globally
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be 20–35 years old
Be actively involved in an ongoing project, enterprise, research effort, movement, or community initiative tied to the SDGs
Have a track record of real social impact
Want to connect globally and advance sustainable development
Be curious, open-minded, and forward-thinking team players
Bring a sharing mindset — ready to learn, unlearn, and relearn
Have sufficient English language skills
