Role 1: Lead – Strategic Initiatives & Founder's Office
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Founder to define and execute strategic priorities.
Build and manage the Global Digital Alliance, fostering international partnerships.
Lead cross-functional projects to strengthen organizational systems and processes.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making at the leadership level.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role 2: Head – Strategic Partnerships
Location: India (Hybrid/Remote options may apply)
Experience: 8–12 years (preferred)
About the Role:
Lead our institutional fundraising and strategic partnerships function. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with corporations, foundations, philanthropists, and ecosystem leaders to power our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional fundraising strategy.
Cultivate and manage relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and philanthropic leaders.
Lead high-level partnership conversations and negotiations.
Represent Muskaan Dreams at key external forums and events.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in institutional fundraising or strategic partnerships in the non-profit sector.
Strong network within the CSR, foundation, and philanthropy ecosystem.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

Role 3: Manager – Strategic Partnerships (Institutional Grants & HNIs)
Location: India (Hybrid/Remote options may apply)
Experience: 4–7 years (preferred)
About the Role:
Build and nurture relationships with foundations, philanthropies, family offices, and institutional funders. You will take opportunities from the first conversation all the way to long-term partnerships, playing a key role in securing the resources needed to scale our work.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential institutional funders and HNI prospects.
Draft compelling proposals, concept notes, and reports for funders.
Manage the grant lifecycle, from application to reporting and stewardship.
Maintain accurate records of all donor interactions in the CRM.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership management.
Strong research and proposal writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and build lasting relationships.
